工藝說明
焦爐(lu)(lu)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)道(dao)(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)脫硫(liu)(liu)脫硝(xiao)工藝(yi)主要是為(wei)(wei)了(le)降低煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)氮氧化物、SO2及顆粒(li)物含量(liang),使(shi)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)達(da)到國家(jia)及地方相關標準。焦爐(lu)(lu)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)道(dao)(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)脫硫(liu)(liu)脫硝(xiao)工藝(yi)主要由煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系統、脫硫(liu)(liu)單元(yuan)、脫硝(xiao)單元(yuan)、風機(ji)機(ji)組(zu)、氨(an)(an)(an)分解單元(yuan)以及氨(an)(an)(an)水站等組(zu)成(cheng)。從(cong)焦爐(lu)(lu)總煙(yan)(yan)(yan)道(dao)(dao)引(yin)出煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),通過氨(an)(an)(an)噴射(she)器(qi),氨(an)(an)(an)噴射(she)器(qi)對濃(nong)氨(an)(an)(an)水進行霧化并(bing)噴入(ru)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)(dao)內,混有(you)(you)NH3的(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過脫硫(liu)(liu)器(qi),并(bing)在脫硫(liu)(liu)催(cui)化劑(ji)作用下與SO2進行反(fan)應(ying)生成(cheng)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)銨,脫硫(liu)(liu)后的(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過管道(dao)(dao)送往脫硝(xiao)SCR反(fan)應(ying)器(qi)中(zhong)。濃(nong)氨(an)(an)(an)水經過噴霧分布(bu)器(qi)霧化后輸送至(zhi)SCR反(fan)應(ying)器(qi)。煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)NOx在脫硝(xiao)催(cui)化劑(ji)的(de)(de)作用下,與氨(an)(an)(an)發生反(fan)應(ying)生成(cheng)N2和H2O。凈化后的(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)送往廠(chang)區原有(you)(you)余熱鍋爐(lu)(lu)單元(yuan)。為(wei)(wei)保證排(pai)(pai)放(fang)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)含量(liang)達(da)到排(pai)(pai)放(fang)標準及規范,在余熱鍋爐(lu)(lu)單元(yuan)后設置(zhi)氨(an)(an)(an)分解器(qi),內部填(tian)加(jia)氨(an)(an)(an)分解催(cui)化劑(ji),將過量(liang)的(de)(de)NH3分解為(wei)(wei)N2和H2O,凈化后的(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)經煙(yan)(yan)(yan)囪排(pai)(pai)放(fang)。
